FANMIG J5 Pulse is a semiautomatic welding machine for MIG / MAG welding with the possibility of pulsed arc as well as for MMA and TIG electrode welding. The device is used to weld steel, stainless steel or aluminum.
The welding parameters are set on the front panel of the welding machine, with synergic setting.
Simply select the welding method, the type of material to be welded and the wire diameter to start the appropriate program. Many other auxiliary functions are present and available within the MENU.
It is a versatile welding machine and is powered by 230V single-phase electricity. Furthermore, the device is protected against overheating by a fan and a thermal sensor.
MIG / MAG wire welding is set up with a wire feeder that allows you to mount coils of filler wire of up to 5 kg (diameter 200 mm) or coils of 1 kg (100 mm). Recommended steel wire diameters are 0.8mm and 1.0mm, for aluminum 1.0mm or 1.2mm. Possibility of welding without spatter with the MIG / MAG method with pulsed current or double pulse. Thanks to the EURO connection it will be possible to connect any MIG / MAG torch among the most common on the market.
The power source also easily welds MMA coated electrodes for a maximum amperage of 180 A.
Easy to use thanks to the synergic mode, just set the material to be welded, the diameter of the wire and it will be possible to start welding.
Fanmig J5 Pulse creates a convenient set for work and transport when placed together with the gas cylinder on the WUS-100 Welding Cart.
