Sharpie DX™ Arc-Zone Head Chuck and Bearing Kit
Sharpie Spindle and Bearing Kit. For increased bearing life and durability, we have improved our spindle and bearing kits with a new 1/4" (6.4mm) spindle and heavy duty bearing. Each kit comes with high performance sealed bearing , precision machined stainless steel chuck, hex wrench, snap ring and shim gasket.
Spindle to wheel end: 1/4" (6.35 mm)
Spindle to tool end: 1/8" (3.18 mm)
This new maintenance kit is compatible with all models and versions of Sharpie.
Performance Tips:
If you need to replace your Sharpie spindle bearing, we highly recommend replacing the bearing with our new bearing and spindle kit.
Frequently blow the grinding dust from the head area.
When cutting the electrodes, be sure to remove any cut pieces of tungsten that may have fallen into the head assembly - they could get stuck in the spindle/wheel cavity and cause the machine to seize.
