The electrode inTungsten purple E3 contains "rare earths" (mix of oxides)Long lasting and high resistance.
They are a valid alternative to the Toriati (Rossi) electrodes no longer marketable and no longer usable for the presence of the torium whose radioactivity is harmful to humans and the environment.
It is a non-harmful electrode for the operator and not polluting, with excellent welding performance.
The electrodes provide excellent trigger and re-trigger features and welding properties. They are universal and suitable for each type of application and procedure both in direct current (DC) and in alternating current (AC).
