Air-gas injection welding torch with 3 nozzles
This heating torch is designed for brazing cables and coupling joints.
The flame can reach a temperature of 1700 ° C and can heat the metal up to a temperature of 300 ° C.
The torch is also used for the heating of plastic pipes before brazing, concrete and brick panel drying.
The basic parameters of the welding torch comply with ISO 9012: 2011

The air-gas injection welding torch is composed of a stem and interchangeable tips. The stem includes:
a) gas flow regulator in the form of a valve group;
b) Switching switch of the flame length in the form of a lever valve (passes from the reserve flame to the working flame);
c) Nipple for connection of the fuel gas supply tube.
The interchangeable tips are fixed to the stem of the welding torch with a lapel nut.
The GV tip is equipped with an injector and a nozzle.
The GVP tip is equipped with an injector, a nozzle and a dissector.
The gaseous fuel is delivered in a torch from a tube through a nipple, a red gas fuel valve and a socket for the injector. Scrolling from the injector inside the nozzle, the combustible gas is mixed with the air forming a mixture of gas that is burned during welding.
