The AERSERVICE EVO 2 wheeled extractor with articulated arm is ideal for the occasional extraction of welding fumes with medium-low concentrations of pollutants, in closed environments or which are difficult to reach with fixed purification systems. AERSERVICE EVO 2 is only suitable for dry non-oily fumes, such as those released during the welding of steel and aluminum or during brazing. It is NOT suitable for use in potentially explosive environments.
Single-phase vacuum cleaner with AC motor managed by a digital control panel with alarm log and counter. The electronic board is positioned in a separate room protected by the air circuit. The machine is supplied as standard with the wheels already assembled and ready for use with the possibility of locking. Also available with automatic Start & Stop function.
Characterized by a painted steel sheet structure complete with wheels and handle. High efficiency centrifugal electric fan located downstream of the filtering section, in a special soundproofed compartment. And it is equipped with an articulated arm Ø 160 mm of 3 meters complete with hood equipped with damper and multidirectional joint.
The filtering section consists of a series of metal and acrylic filters for a final filtration efficiency in class E12 99.5% according to the EN1822 standard.
Anti-spark filter included in the standard equipment of the machine.
